New to the studio

Everyone is welcome at EQ Pilates no matter your pilates experience or fitness ability. Our small class sizes mean we can cater all classes to your specific needs. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class so we can get to know you, explain the machine, and understand if you have any injuries.

We require all our clients to wear socks and bring a towel or reformer mat. Grip socks are preferred, and we also sell these at the studio. Bring a water bottle. There are bathrooms with showers and change rooms if you require them.

Discuss with your doctor whether Pilates would be suitable for you. Please get in contact with us and we can advise which classes would be suitable and safe. We also offer a Mum’s and Cubs class. Contact us for more information.
Intro offer

The Intro Offer is valid for 5 classes over a 31 day period. We do not offer any extensions. The offer begins from the date of your first booked class.

The Intro Offer is for new clients only. If you purchase any other Packs or a Casual Class, this Intro Offer will no longer be available.
Booking and cancellations

Bookings can be made through the Glofox app or through our timetable page on our website.

Step 1: Go to your favourite app store, and search for and download the Glofox app! The Glofox member app is light green and white.
Step 2: In the search bar under 'First, Let's Find Your Studio,' type in EQ PILATES, and click on it when it pops up!
Step 3: Next, you will click on Register from the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Follow all the prompts for creating your account, starting with your email and password.
Step 5: Once your account has been created, select which membership or class pack type fits your style.
Step 6: After your membership has been confirmed, feel free to start booking classes!

We have a 4 hour cancellation window. If you cancel within this window your class credit will be used. Unlimited Members will be charged $10 for late cancellations or no shows. We understand life gets busy! We do ask that you cancel straight away to give others the opportunity to book in!

Members with Class Packs, Casual Classes and Intro Offers will lose their class credit.
Waitlist

If a class is full you can go on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified by email.
Membership

You can purchase our membership options via our Pricing page on our website or on the Glofox app. If you would like to change membership plans, please email us and we can arrange this for you.

Please give us one-week written notice before your next payment to terminate your membership. If you need to pause or have a break, we can pause your membership for up to 6 months. Please email the above requests to info@eqpilates.com.au
